Larb is one of the most popular street foods of Isaan, a North Eastern region of Thailand Unlike conventional salads that use vegetables, Larb is a meat salad. This recipe is seasoned with all the ingredients we adore in Thai cuisine; fish sauce, chili, lime juice and assortment of fresh and fragrant herbs, it is packed with exciting flavor.
A key ingredient to this dish that makes it extra unique is the toasted sticky rice (Khao Kua) which adds a nutty touch.
We are serving this with a traditional Nam Prik; a condiment found all over Thailand, fresh sticky rice & lettuce to create the perfect hand held lettuce cups.
