At it’s core, Ceviche is a dish of raw fish or seafood marinated in lime juice and accompanied with chillis, spices and other seasonings.
For this version, we will be inspired by the traditional flavors found in Peruvian Ceviche such as limes, chilli and onions but putting our own creativity to it including adding rich coconut milk, creamy avocado and tropical fruit.
Serving it alongside warm, crispy and soft fried plantains will bring this dish together and transport us to a tropical vacation.
