One of my fondest childhood memories is making dumplings with my family! We would spend a Saturday or Sunday afternoon and make a bunch for dinner and to freeze so we always had dumplings to eat!
I'm going to show you how to make one of my favorite versions and one of my favorite ways to prepare them: Pan Friend Pork & Shrimp Dumplings! These are juicy and savoury on the inside but crispy, crunchy and golden on the outside.
Not to mention I'll share how to create a beautiful lattice for the dumplings as well as a traditional and delicious Black Vinegar dipping sauce.
